To celebrate Auto Moto's 40th anniversary, the editorial staff gathered 40 emblematic personalities to name the car brands that have marked the past four decades.

This was an opportunity to take a look in the rear-view mirror and take readers back into the magazine's history through emblematic models.

This prestigious award is based on three categories: sports cars, family vehicles and iconic models.

AN ICON HONOURED AGAIN

Another triumph in an already impressive list of trophies awarded: the Alpine A110 wins the Grand Jury Prize "Special 40 years" awarded on the occasion of the Grand Prix Auto Moto 2022. The jury of the French magazine elected the Alpine A110 as the winner in the "iconic cars" category.

The title of "iconic car" by Auto Moto adds to the already numerous awards for the Alpine A110. Most recently, the model has been awarded four times at the Automobile Awards 2022, named 'Best Car 2021' by Auto, Motor und Sport, 'Sports Car of the Year' for the second year running at the WHAT CAR? Awards in England, and "Performance Car of the Year" by BBC TopGear Magazine.

This award, once again, recognises the legendary agility and timeless design of the Alpine A110, which celebrates its 60th anniversary this year.
