ApeCoin DAO and BWT Alpine F1 Team Announce Multi Year, Collaborative Partnership Ahead of Miami Grand Prix

Activating Global Fanbase with In-Person and Web3 Experiences

APE Foundation, as steward of ApeCoin, the world’s leading web3 culture token, announced today an unprecedented multi-year partnership with BWT Alpine F1 Team. The partnership, which will have a collaborative approach, launches ApeCoin into Alpine’s Formula 1 ecosystem, uniting token holders worldwide through race events, web3 integrations, and programming created with Alpine and ApeCoin token holders.

Kicking off with activations throughout the 2024 FIA Formula One World Championship season, the ApeCoin DAO x BWT Alpine F1 Team collaboration was formally proposed in February, and then voted on by the global ApeCoin DAO community, which emphasizes decentralized, community-led initiatives that drive culture forward into the metaverse.  

This intrepid intersection of web3 and motorsport is expected to reach millions of fans with each race, providing an unparalleled platform for cryptocurrency as the disruptive technology embarks on a digital revival spearheaded and shaped by the global ApeCoin community.

The Special Council of the APE Foundation is comprised of five members, who are elected to administer the DAO proposals and serve the vision of the ApeCoin community.
